Gourmet Cotton Candy,
Made From Scratch
Right Here in Rochester.
Three generations, real flavored sugar, zero preservatives. Official cotton candy supplier of the Blue Cross Arena — and your wedding, corporate event, or backyard party next.
Not the cotton candy
you grew up with.
Mass-produced cones taste like spun air. We taste like the flavor on the label — because the flavor is the sugar.
From-Scratch Flavored Sugar
We flavor our own sugar, hand-color it where it makes sense, and spin it fresh. No extracts, no preservatives, no shortcuts — just sugar the way it should taste.
Packed Bags, Not Puffed Air
Every small bag is crammed with three cotton candy cones’ worth of sugary superness, and our large bags hold 3+ times what a small bag does. Stored properly, each bag stays fresh for at least 6 months — as long as you don’t eat it first.
Three Generations, One Family
Grandparents, parents, and kids all pitch in. When you book Falanga’s, you’re hiring a family that takes pride in every cone we hand you.
Official cotton candy of
Blue Cross Arena.
Home of the Rochester Americans and Rochester Knighthawks — and the cotton candy in the stands is ours. A Rochester partnership we’re proud to call home.
80+ from-scratch flavors.
Yes, even Pickle.
We flavor our own sugar, add dye where it makes sense, and stop right there — no preservatives, no shortcuts. From Champagne to Pickle, there’s a flavor for every event.
